Mary Lehman
Donor Coordinator
Mary is the Donor Coordinator for the ASFPM Foundation. She implements and coordinates fundraising activities, working with all Foundation committees to meet strategic goals. A Maryland State Delegate with over 30 years of experience related to the National Flood Insurance Program, communications, and public policy, Mary has a strong commitment to flood risk management. Her legislative efforts include the Climate Ready Floodplain Act of 2023. She invites ideas for expanding the Foundation’s fundraising initiatives to further its vital mission.
Jeff Davis
Foundation Liaison
Jeff Davis became Director of Operations at ASFPM in August 2021 after a career in aviation industry leadership and customer service. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Edgewood College and emphasizes effective, ethical organizational management. Jeff leads HR, finance, communications, member services, and events at ASFPM, ensuring smooth support of Foundation goals.
Kim Groshek
Finance and Operations Specialist
Kim Groshek joined the ASFPM team in February 2025. Kim came with 12 years of experience in small business finance and bookkeeping. She assisted with the opening of multiple successful businesses in the fields of homecare and logistics. Kim’s duties at ASFPM include accounts receivable and payable, daily bookkeeping organization and supporting the Association and Foundation when making financial decisions by providing accurate financial statements. Her goals at the organization are to build strong working relationships to create a more inclusive and effective decision-making process leading to better outcomes.
Alicia Jackson
Foundation Coordinator & Instructional Design Specialist
Alicia Jackson joined ASFPM in July of 2023 as the Foundation Coordinator, and in November took on the additional role of Instructional Design Specialist. She brings with her a background in higher education and environmental fields. She holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Science with a focus on Natural Resources from Oregon State University, and a Bachelor of Science from Central Washington University. Her passion for higher education in the environmental field began with her seasonal employment at a remote fishing lodge in Southeast Alaska, where she developed a keen interest in conservation efforts related to the Tongass National Forest. In her role as Foundation Coordinator, Alicia is the main point of contact between ASFPM and its Foundation. She provides support to the Foundation's Board of Trustees and assists with their volunteer efforts across various committees, including fundraising, scholarship, outreach, and projects. As the Instructional Design Specialist, she supports ASFPM's Training Program by developing and designing online floodplain management-related courses within BlueSky’s Path Learning Management System (LMS) using instructional design tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise 360.
